My no Ai policy
(I never capitalise the ‘i’, it’s not intelligent.)
There are few things I despise as much as I despise “Ai art.” Everything you see on this website, from the prose, the illustrations, to the layout and markup, are the labour of human minds. No Ai was used in the authoring of this site, with one exception.
Most of the JavaScript is vibe coded. Hypocrisy! I know, I know. My reasoning is simple: I’m not a developer, this is not a dev portfolio. As much as I would like to, I can’t currently justify spending time learning JS. However, the website was made with progressive enhancement in mind, so nearly every page is accessible without JS (or CSS for that matter).

You may not: Copy, remix, republish, present as your own, or create derivative works. This is especially true if there’s any commercial element involved. Under no circumstances are you allowed to feed my work into Ai (Artifcal Intelligence) training datasets, large language models, or machine learning systems!

- Derivative work means a creation that reproduces, adapts, or builds upon the specific expression, distinctive elements, plot, characters, or visual style of my work rather than merely being inspired by general themes.
With permission, you may: Adapt a story to a
different medium, distribute excerpts with the proper attribution
and linkage. Applying to both textual and visual content published

Privacy is Marketing. Anonymity is Architecture.
I do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. I cannot and do not collect information about who you are or what pages you visit.
I can’t track you. I can’t collect analytics about who you are, where you’re from, what you read, or how long you stayed. This is by design. I’m not asking you to trust that I won’t sell your data, I’m stating that I don’t have data to sell. Not that I would, anyway.
